Twix Shooters

Twix Shooters – A Decadent Dessert Shot That Tastes Just Like the Candy Bar

  • Author: Sam

Description

These Twix Shooters are creamy, chocolatey dessert shots inspired by your favorite candy bar! With layers of caramel vodka, chocolate liqueur, and Irish cream, each sip delivers the sweet, crunchy goodness of a Twix bar in liquid form. Topped with whipped cream and crushed Twix for extra flair, these are perfect for parties, dessert tables, or a fun night in with friends. Anything but boring! Try them once and you’ll be making them again and again.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 oz caramel vodka (or Baileys Salted Caramel)

  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur (like Godiva or Mozart)

  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur (such as Baileys Original)

  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup (plus extra for drizzling)

  • 2 tbsp crushed Twix bars (for garnish)

  • ½ cup whipped cream (for topping)

  • Optional: crushed graham crackers or extra Twix crumbs (for rimming glasses)

  • Ice (for shaking)

Instructions

  • Prep the glasses
Dip shot glass rims in chocolate syrup, then coat in crushed Twix or graham cracker crumbs. Freeze glasses while mixing.

  • Make the shooter mix
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add caramel vodka, chocolate liqueur, and Irish cream. Shake well for 20 seconds until icy cold.

  • Drizzle and pour
Remove glasses from freezer and drizzle chocolate syrup inside each one. Strain the chilled mix evenly into each glass.

  • Top and garnish
Add a swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed Twix to each shooter. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Want a non-alcoholic version? Use chocolate milk, caramel syrup, and a splash of cream instead of liqueurs.

  • These are best served fresh, but the liquid mix can be made ahead and stored chilled for up to 24 hours.

  • Get creative with toppings—crushed Oreos, chocolate curls, or mini chips all work beautifully.

  • This recipe makes about 4–6 shooters depending on glass size, so feel free to double the batch for a crowd.
