Carefully remove the marshmallows and gently pat them dry with a paper towel. Insert a popsicle stick or wooden skewer into the center of each marshmallow.Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth and fully melted.Dip in Chocolate:
Dip the top half of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, letting any excess drip off.Decorate:
Immediately sprinkle your chosen decorations over the wet chocolate before it sets. Get creative with colors and textures!Set and Chill:
Place marshmallows on wax or parchment paper and let them set at room temperature or chill in the fridge for faster results. Serve chilled for the best flavor and texture!
Notes
Flavor Tip: Flavored vodkas like whipped cream, vanilla, or berry add an extra layer of sweetness and pair beautifully with chocolate.
Soak Smart: Don’t oversoak—marshmallows can get mushy after an hour. 30–45 minutes is usually the sweet spot.
Make Ahead: These can be made a day ahead. Store in an airtight container in the fridge until serving.
Decoration Ideas: Try crushed cookies, coconut flakes, gold sugar, or edible glitter for a custom look.
Alcohol-Free Option: Skip the vodka and go straight to dipping and decorating for a kid-friendly version!
