Ingredients
-
1 bottle (750 ml) strawberry-flavored vodka
-
1 can (12 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, partially thawed
-
Crushed ice (enough to fill glasses)
-
1–2 teaspoons grenadine, per serving
-
Orange wedge, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
-
Fill tall glasses with crushed ice — really pack it in for the best chill and texture.
-
In a large pitcher, mix the entire bottle of strawberry vodka with the can of frozen lemonade concentrate. Stir well until fully blended.
-
Pour the vodka-lemonade mixture over the crushed ice in each glass, filling about ¾ full.
-
Slowly drizzle 1–2 teaspoons of grenadine into each glass. Let it settle to the bottom to create a beautiful layered effect.
-
Garnish each glass with an orange wedge or a fresh strawberry, add a straw, and serve immediately.
Notes
-
Want a frozen version? Blend the vodka, lemonade concentrate, and a few cups of ice until slushy, then pour into glasses and add grenadine on top.
-
No strawberry vodka? Substitute plain vodka and add muddled strawberries or a splash of strawberry syrup.
-
Hosting a party? Mix the vodka and lemonade in advance and store it in the fridge. Add ice and grenadine just before serving.
-
The grenadine will mix as you sip, so don’t stir — enjoy the flavor shift as the drink evolves.
-
For a lighter cocktail, top off each glass with lemon-lime soda or sparkling water.
